Here is the problem, I need to make a decision.

Should I take
1• +20 to Strength, +20 to Intellect, +2 to Damage, +~250 Initiative
OR
2• +15% More Damage, +~15 Life

I currently use option one, and hit a damage range of 103-183 against 0% Neutral Resist.

This is an item issue:

Gobball Cape vs. Mad Boowolf Cape.

Note: I have both in my possession.

Answer found.

"For every point into Strength, you will do 1% more Earth and Neutral Damage."

"For every point put into Intelligance, you will do 1% more Fire Damage."

1• +20% More Earth Damage, +20% More Neutral Damage, +20% More Fire Damage, +2 Damage, +~250-300 More Initiative.
2• +15% More Damage, +~15 Life


I believe, we have a clear winner.
